Changes and cancellations
For all service requests made online through The Hideaway’s online booking system, changes can be made by revisiting our booking site and clicking “SIGN IN” (the upper right corner). The cell phone number associated with the reservation made at the time of booking is all that is required.
Additional information can also be found in the confirmation email provided at the time of booking. Guests can also message The Hideaway by replying to automated appointment reminders.
Cards on File | Payment for another guest
To confirm if a service can be charged to a card on file, please click “VIEW MY PROFILE” once logged in. Adding a card on file will allow The Hideaway to charge future services to the card on file. If no card is on file a valid form of payment must be provided at completion of service.
If you would like to pay for another guest’s services or you have scheduled a service for yourself but will have someone else pay for the service, a card “on file” is required and cardholder’s authorization is required. Please use the below link and click SIGN IN (the upper right corner) then VIEW MY PROFILE to authorize a card for services.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel a confirmed service at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable unless the service has been cancelled by The Hideaway due to unforeseen circumstances. No-Shows and cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to scheduled service start time will incur a $50 fee per service ($100 for couples). Guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment and cannot be intoxicated or under the influence of any drugs or alcohol; please inquire with our reservation team prior to booking if you or any of you party are interested in prenatal services. The Hideaway reserves the right to decline services for any reason.
